In 1984, HHM under contract with Victoria Preservation Inc. completed a historic resources survey of Victoria, Texas. In 1985, HHM under contract to Historic Waxahachie, Texas Inc. began a Historic Resources Survey surveying 1,988 pre-1935 historical sites.
