Project# 0084.060 Historic Resources Survey and National Register Multiple-Resource Nomination of Waxahachie, TX, 1984 - 1985

In 1985, HHM under contract to Historic Waxahachie, Texas Inc. began a Historic Resources Survey surveying 1,988 pre-1935 historical sites. Of the sites surveyed, 85 structures were deemed eligible for NRHP nominations. Tasks for this survey included: inventory of all 1,988 resources, photographic documentation, and brief written evaluations of the property’s physical appearance. All data resulting from the overview was used to generate a historic resources inventory
