Abstract
In 1995, HHM under contract to the City of Tyler, conducted a comprehensive inventory of buildings, structures, objects and sites in Tyler, Texas built prior to 1946. This report summarizes the survey process and identifies the properties most likely to be eligible for listing on the NRHP, as well as for state and local designations. Abstract
HHM completed historical and architectural investigations in compliance with a Programmatic Agreement developed for the transfer of Bergstrom Air Force Base from the U.S. Air Force to the City of Austin. HHM staff identified and gathered information on 79 historic resources within the APE, and 4 were recommended to be eligible for listing in the NRHP. An additional 15 resources were contributing elements in 2 NRHP-eligible historic districts.

Under contract to the Department of Navy, HHM prepared HABS Level I documentation of the Old Naval Reserve Center (NRC) Miami at 2610Tigertail Avenue.
