Project# 0094.090 Historic Resources Survey of Tyler, Phase 1, Tyler, TX, 1994 - 1995

In 1995, HHM under contract to the City of Tyler, conducted a comprehensive inventory of buildings, structures, objects and sites in Tyler, Texas built prior to 1946. This report summarizes the survey process and identifies the properties most likely to be eligible for listing on the NRHP, as well as for state and local designations. HHM staff surveyed 1,821 properties, 196 of which were found to be eligible for NRHP nomination. HHM also identified one historic district. The project lasted 9 months.
