Project# 0095.100 Historic Resources Survey of Enid, Phase 3a: Kisner Heights Historic District, Enid, OK, 1995 - 1996

In 1996 HHM Inc. conducted an intensive-level architectural survey within the Kisner Heights Historic District, located in the city of Enid, Oklahoma. The survey consisted of an intensive architectural and historic documentation of a number of previously undocumented properties within an existing NRHP-listed historic district. Specifically, HHM Inc. documented 31 houses and four original landscaping elements within the district and determined that 9 were contributing and 22 were noncontributing. HHM Inc. also recommended that the district boundaries be expanded to include a grouping of contemporaneous properties that were directly outside the districts boundaries.
