In support of the proposed construction of the Superconducting Super Collider, HHM conducted a county-wide historic resources survey of Ellis County on behalf of the US Department of Energy. Abstract
In support of the City’s participation in the Main Street Program, HHM completed a historic resources survey of the central business district in Henderson, Texas. HHM documented 108 pre-1945 historic resources in the downtown area. HHM conducted a reconnaissance-level survey of the Woflin neighborhood for Preservation Amarillo. HHM identified a total of 599 properties constructed prior to 1945, 128 of which were classified in the HIGH preservation priority category. Abstract
HHM conducted a historic resources survey of the Central Business District in Amarillo, Texas. Within the project area, HHM identified a total of 250 properties constructed prior to 1945. Of these properties, the survey team classified 52 resource in the HIGH preservation priority category and were potentially eligible for listing in the NRHP.

With Certified Local Government program funds, the City of Nacogdoches hired HHM to prepare a multiple-property National Register nomination for the city to follow-up on recommendations of a previous preservation planning report. Settled in 1779, the city grew as a result of the timber and agricultural industries and the development of Stephen F. Austin University. Abstract
Under contract with the city of Yoakum, HHM conducted a historic resources survey, identifying 1,241 pre-1945 structures. Of these, 181 were found eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places nominations. Additionally, HHM also identified five historic districts. The project lasted five months.

For the second and final part of the South and East Dallas, HHM surveyed 1,499 pre-1945 historic resources and integrated these results with the initial survey of these areas of Dallas. The City of Dallas also hired HHM to prepare multiple-property nominations for both areas.
