Abstract
With a grant-in-aid from the THC, the City of Bryan hired HHM to conduct a comprehensive historic resources survey within the city limits. HHM documented 1,823 pre-1935 properties within the City and classified them into HIGH, MEDIUM, and LOW preservation priority categories. For the second phase of the project, HHM prepared a multi-resource National Register nomination, which led to the listing of 40 individual properties and 1 historic district with 20 contributing elements in the NRHP.

Abstract
The City of Cuero, with grant-in-aid assistance from the Texas Historical Commission, hired HHM to prepare a multiple-property nomination for its historic properties. The nomination identifies 49 individual properties and three historic districts that are significant under Criteria A, B, and C. Abstract
An intensive survey and multiple property National Register nomination were the products of HHM's 1986 study. The survey phase of the project identified 1,744 buildings, structures, and sites built prior to 1935. Each identified property was evaluated for architectural significance and association with significant historic contexts and assigned a "high," "medium," or "low" preservation priority. Abstract
HHM conducted a comprehensive survey of all historic resources constructed prior to 1940 within the city limits. HHM recorded the address, type of resource, estimated construction date, and general physical condition of each identified resource and assigned a high, medium, or low preservation priority assessment based on their relative architectural significance and integrity. Abstract
Phase 2 of the City of Dallas Historic Resources Survey is a comprehensive inventory of all buildings and structures built before 1940 and located in previously unsurveyed portions of Dallas. HHM identified 8,289 structures during this survey and categorized them into HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW preservation priority categories. Abstract
Consideration of historic zoning laws by the Dripping Springs City Council necessitated a historic survey of all pre-1945 resources within the city. The City subsequently hired HHM to survey these properties and evaluate them for level of preservation and possible inclusion in the NRHP. Abstract
The Abilene multiple property nomination was the second half of a two-phase project HHM carried out on behalf of the Abilene Preservation League to document, record, and recognize historic properties in the city. Following the completion of an intensive historical survey of the community in 1988-89, HHM prepared a NRHP nomination for the most significant architectural and historic properties.
