Project# 0087.020 Historic Resources Survey of Dripping Springs, TX, 1987 - 1988

Consideration of historic zoning laws by the Dripping Springs City Council necessitated a historic survey of all pre-1945 resources within the city. The City subsequently hired HHM to survey these properties and evaluate them for level of preservation and possible inclusion in the NRHP. HHM identified and documented 79 resources and recommended 15 properties to be classified in the HIGH preservation priority category. HHM prepared a survey report with support documentation that included black-and-white photographs, color slides, and THC surveys forms.
