Abstract
The Abilene multiple property nomination was the second half of a two-phase project HHM carried out on behalf of the Abilene Preservation League to document, record, and recognize historic properties in the city. Following the completion of an intensive historical survey of the community in 1988-89, HHM prepared a NRHP nomination for the most significant architectural and historic properties. Fifty individual properties and two historic districts were identified in the nomination.
