Project# 0086.030 Historic Resources Survey of Dallas, Phase 2: Historic Resources Survey of Outlying Areas of Dallas, TX, 1986 - 1988

Phase 2 of the City of Dallas Historic Resources Survey is a comprehensive inventory of all buildings and structures built before 1940 and located in previously unsurveyed portions of Dallas. HHM identified 8,289 structures during this survey and categorized them into HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW preservation priority categories. HHM provided 35mm black-and-white photographs for every identified property and completed THC survey forms for all HIGH and some MEDIUM priority properties. The project lasted 10 months.
