Abstract HHM acting as a subcontractor to Turner, Collie, and Braden, prepared an Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) to assist Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas with the management of significant cultural resources under its stewardship. HHM identified and evaluated all the structures at the base paying particular attention to those built prior to 1954.
