HHM staff routinely photographically document properties at naval activities as part of NRHP eligibility surveys and ICRMPs using 35mm film cameras and digital format cameras. HHM acting as a subcontractor to Turner, Collie, and Braden, prepared an Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) to assist Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas with the management of significant cultural resources under its stewardship. HHM identified and evaluated all the structures at the base paying particular attention to those built prior to 1954.
