Abstract HHM conducted a HABS-like Documentation of the Tips Warehouse in downtown Austin, Texas. Company Warehouse is a two-story brick and concrete building at 200 West Second Street (also 200 Colorado Street) and encompasses the entire southern half of City Block 20. The Walter Tips Company constructed the warehouse in 1927 after deciding to close its retail hardware business at 710 Congress Avenue that same year.
