Abstract HHM conducted a HABS-like Documentation of the Tips Warehouse in downtown Austin, Texas. Company Warehouse is a two-story brick and concrete building at 200 West Second Street (also 200 Colorado Street) and encompasses the entire southern half of City Block 20. Abstract

As consultant to Earth Tech, Inc., HHM prepared mitigative documentation required under the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the transfer of Brooks Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas from the U.S. Air Force to Brooks Development Authority. The mitigation consisted of HABS Level II documentation of 17 historic buildings, local landmark applications, and an interactive CD-ROM that incorporated oral histories, biographies, historic photographs, and a timeline with the history of the base.
