Abstract

Robert M. "Bob" Williamson was a wholesale lumber dealer in Dallas, Texas who produced and sold house plan books containing house plans with an accompanying photograph, set of blueprints for each house, and a list of general specifications for building the houses. The collection consists copies of house plan books dating from 1919 to 1923, and tear sheets of advertisements for the plan books series.

The Project Records series (1939-1994, nd) is divided into subgroups for Photographic Material (652 photographic items) and Drawings (28 flat files, 50 rolled drawing sets) which includes drawings and plans for both architectural and interior design. Projects in this series include the grandiose residence of James Ling, Ford Albritton's Sea Island, Georgia summer home, interiors for the Imperial Club, the Insurance Club, and the Dallas Women's Club, and the Hotel Statler.
