Abstract Phase 2 of the City of Dallas Historic Resources Survey is a comprehensive inventory of all buildings and structures built before 1940 and located in previously unsurveyed portions of Dallas. HHM identified 8,289 structures during this survey and categorized them into HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW preservation priority categories. Abstract For the second and final part of the South and East Dallas, HHM surveyed 1,499 pre-1945 historic resources and integrated these results with the initial survey of these areas of Dallas. The City of Dallas also hired HHM to prepare multiple-property nominations for both areas. Abstract
