Abstract
HHM conducted a comprehensive survey of pre-1945 historic resources in South and East Dallas, Texas. The study was part of the City's multi-phase effort to identify, document, and assess historic resources and to provide the basis for ongoing local preservation efforts. HHM provided large-format photographs of selected historic resources being affected by HUD and CBDG monies targeted for selected neighborhoods in East and South Dallas. The work was undertaken to assist the City comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
