Abstract In 1997 HHM Inc. conducted an intensive-level architectural survey within the Southern Heights/East Park neighborhood, a historically African-American community located in the city of Enid, Oklahoma. The HHM survey team photographed and noted the salient physical characteristics of all properties within the project area, regardless of age.
