Photos

Thirteen black and white photographs of Hacienda Santa Cruz y el Cortijo in Jalisco. The hacienda was purchased by Ricardo Lancaster-Jones' grandfather in 1912 and has remained in the family. Included within the folder is a letter from Ricardo-Jones to Paul Bartlett dated September 27, 1954 contextualizing the photographs and providing an update of Lancaster-Jones' studies on the haciendas of Jalisco which would ultimately lead to the publication of Haciendas de Jalisco y aledaños in 1974.
