Series D: Consultant Work, 1976-1984

The records in this series document Harwood’s interior design consultant work. Included in this series are photo slides of the restoration projects for the Peter T. Flawn House, House of Seasons, Swift-Day Building, Walter Tips House, University of Texas at Austin Chemistry Building, and Weinert-Lovett House. Harwood contributed to interior painting restoration of these historic buildings. Also included in this series is the historical landmark application of Texas’ “painted churches,” for which Harwood provided consultation research. The painted churches are a group of 19th century European immigrant churches featuring decorative painting. Records are arranged alphabetically by project name.
