Abstract HHM conducted a comprehensive survey of all historic resources constructed prior to 1940 within the city limits. HHM recorded the address, type of resource, estimated construction date, and general physical condition of each identified resource and assigned a high, medium, or low preservation priority assessment based on their relative architectural significance and integrity.
