Abstract
The Ella Baker Center for Human Rights documentary footage collection consists of seventeen videos of raw footage documenting political protests, rallies, interviews and community events that draw attention to police brutality, youth, and the U.S. prison industry. The organization used the footage to create the documentariesBooks Not Bars (2001)andSystem Failure: Violence, Abuse and Neglect in the California Youth Authority (2004).
