Juan Pablo Fernandez of Havana has written the Ysassi Brothers giving them power of attorney in case that he should not pay the 1553 pesos charged (?) which he ordered writer to deliver as soon as they presented themselves at the consulate; writer opposed but was advised to do so to avoid a lawsuit.
