Royuela at Mexico City to the Auditors of Accounts. Writer wishes the Auditors would in some way induce D. Bernardo de Portugal to send in his report of funds supplied to him for maintenance of the troops; report to be sent to treasurer's office in Saltillo; Portugal is the only administrator who is delinquent in sending report; when his report is sent in, the writer can make out his own report; it will "make for better service to the King and better preserve his interests" if the report can be gotten from Portugal "without permitting new excuses", 1818, September 15:
