Major grants and institutional support for Latino USA came from the Ford Foundation, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the National Endowment for the Arts, and The University of Texas at Austin, with additional support from the NPR Information Fund and Hispanic magazine. Latino USA was produced by KUT and the Center for Mexican American Studies from 1993-2010. In 2010, production moved to the Futuro Media Group.
