New York recently celebrated the ever-popular Puerto Rican Day Parade, but the summer event in Puerto Rico is June 24t1\ 'El Dia de San Juan Bautista.' Much like a 4th of July celebration, Los Boricuas honor their island's patron saint, John the Baptist, with fireworks at midnight and a big splash, literally.
