Segment #1: VENEZUELAN HEATING OIL

Sharply discounted heating fuel from Citgo, Venezuela's state'owned oil company, arrive in a Bronx neighborhood this week. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has promised to help poor families get through the winter with cheap Venezuelan oil. It's part of the socialist leader's pledge to help the poor all over the world, even in the United States. Chavez is one of President Bush's most vocal opponents, and some have called this contribution of oil a publicity stunt. As WNYC's Cindy Rodriguez reports, this first delivery was accompanied with much fanfare. (3:12)
