Latinos and a changing America, part 2

Segment #1 We start off today with a perspective of this change that is probably from a high a vantage point as you can get in these United States, the White House. Joining us now is native Texan and White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales.

Segment #2 New York City, a city that is home to just about every nationality, ethnicity, race imaginable. But one immigrant population had gone unnoticed until Census 2000. The once miniscule Mexican population had tripled in numbers, becoming the dominant Hispanic population.

Segment #3 The nation's increasing Latino population impacts all aspects of life in this country. No where is this more apparent than Florida where Latino once meant Cubans in south Florida. But over the last decade a growing Puerto Rican constituency has been remaking the political landscape.
