GOMA: Correspondence and memoranda, 1977 February-April

Includes minutes of the State Coordination Council on Migrant Affairs and a document detailing a brief history of the Clearinghouse – "The Farmworker Clearinghouse operated under the Department of Labor under the Comprehensive Employment Act, Title III, Section 303 through December 1975. Currently it operates under a coordinating grant with the Governor's Office of Migrant Affairs." The Clearinghouse used Texas Farmworker Information Clearinghouse (TFIC) as a name when it was funded by Governor's Office of Migrant Affairs (GOMA).
