Typed and handwritten agendas of Board, Executive Board, and Editorial Board Sub-Committee meetings; typed and handwritten minutes of Board, Executive Board, and House of Delegates meetings; reports from Past President Ramón Alaniz, the Hearings Committee, the Treasurer, and the Constitution Committees; lists of TABE Affiliates (1989-1992) and Affiliate Presidents(1992-1993), Hearings Committee members (1992-1993), candidates for the Board of Directors (1994-1995), BESO Officers (1992-1993), completed manuscripts, and editorial review teams; and letters from Past President Romeo Romero, President Mary Esther Bernal, and President-Elect Adela Solis. Also included are preparatory materials for the 1992 Annual Conference, documentation of alternative credit options, graduation requirements (House Bill 75), and advanced placements options (HB 1670) in Texas, and an analysis of HB 1995 concerning the concurrence of Texas state achievement testing and Cinco de Mayo celebrations. Originally in an accordion file containing loose papers and five folders, the documents maintain the original order and folder titles. The latter do not accurately describe their contents in most cases.
