LULAC Council No. 8 car raffle (1969 Chevy Nova). Drawing held at Fiesta de Las Flores Coronation ball Sheraton Motel, El Paso, Texas on October 18, 1969. Winning ticket was held by Fred N. Witt of 611 De Leon. The second half of the pictures are LULAC Council No. 8 fundraising raffle, RCA color television. Drawing held at Council 8 New Year Eve Dance Continental ballroom on December 31, 1970. Winning ticket was held by Miss Ester Holguin, 9151 Alameda Street.
