The 1910 official functions photographed include the inauguration of the Escuela Normal Para Hombres, of the Manicomio General, and the laying of the cornerstone of the Palacio Legislativo, along with scenes of the visit of the Congreso de Americanistas, the visit of Porfirio Díaz to a munitions fatory, and military parades/maneuvers.
