Monclova. From Juan Ignacio de Arispe to Sr. D. Miguel Pajéo. Writer informs Pajéo that the house in which writer lives is owned by writer. It has on it a mortgage which is to be paid off from the proceeds of the rental. This mortgage the writer wishes to pay off from rent of current year. If there is not sufficient amount, then out of the rent of the coming year--unless Pajés will advance any deficit.
