Juan is reminded that in a letter dated Aug. 7, 1850 the writer sent an itemized statement of rent expenses, etc. connected with D. Jacobo Sanchez house. He appends to this letter the balance brought forward from that statement and continues the itemized statement to date. Question as to what to do with the librauza drawn on Col. Montero. Writer encloses a librauza which he has drawn in favor of D. Juan and on Pepe Arispe. Writer has delivered the letter enclosed by D. Juan for Careaga, 1851, May 11:
