"M. R." to Exmo. Sor. Virrey Dn. Jn. Ruiz de Apodaca. States that the "Third" of Saltillo under his charge will make adjustment of salaries of El Sor. Corl. Dn. Limon de Uterrera, paying him Aug. 3, 1813 the annual sum of 4962 pesos, granted him by Exmo. Illmo. Sor. Arcobispo Virrey as commander of auxiliary troops of the Province of Texas, 1817, December 27:
