The heirs of Antonio de Luna get the grant given to their father in 1704. The grant was for six caballerias of land at a place known as Las Burras. In 1752, the heirs of Luna sold the land to Francisco Xavier Barrera. In 1760, a new validation and survey was made. In 1798, Barrera's heirs sold it to D. Jose Miguel Sanchez Navarro, 1746, July 23, to 1798, December 24:
