Santiago de Monclova. Domingo de Oyos receives a grant of land. in 1749, Bernardo de Hoyos transfers this land to his son Domingo de Hoyos. In 1756, the Marques de las Amarillas confirmed this grant in favor of Domingo de Hoyos, and the land was surveyed. In 1769, Dona Francisca Garzia de Rivero, Domingo de Hoyos, widow, sold the land to Dn. Joseph Xptoval Sanchez Navarro, 1727, May 19, to 1769, November 8:
