Captain Pedro Valdez obtains ten day's water rights and the corresponding lands at Las Adjuntas. Confirmation of grant was made in favor of his heirs in 1745. In 1756 the heirs sold it to D. Melchor de los Santos Barrera. In 1761 D. Melchor de los Santos Barrera donated it to the church. In 1770 the church sold it to D. Manuel Francisco Sanchez Navarro. Upon whose death, the land was given to D. Melchor Sanchez Navarro, 1725, October 27, to 1770, December 22:
