Monclova. Andres Ramon obtains a grant of six caballerias of land, with water rights, on the north side of Nadadores river. In 1746, Ramon's heirs transferred this land to their sister, Antonia Ramon. In 1766, Antonia Ramon sold it to D. Francisco Abrego. In 1737, a grant was made to D. Francisco Flores Flores over almost the same tract. In 1770, the grant was confirmed to D. Francisco Flores, 1691, July 30, to 1770, April 6:
