Series A: Organizational Files, 1976-2011, undated

Records in this series relate to the activities of the organization and its board members. They include minutes, treasurer’s reports, agendas, membership directories, and correspondence from 1979-2003. The records of Society for Commercial Archeology (SCA) committees are also included. The Publications folders document the publication process of SCA News, SCA's quarterly newsletter, from 1994-1999. Items include correspondence, photographs, negatives, and postcards all sent to the editor, Gregory Smith, and drafts of the newsletter. Records of former board members Beth Dodd, Millie O'Connell, and Jen Jennings make up a substantial portion of the administrative files, minutes and agendas.
