Subseries B4: A Modernist Museum in Perspective on the East Building of the National Gallery of Art, 1977-2010, undated

This subseries contains analog and born-digital reference articles and draft manuscripts for Alofsin's contributing efforts to the book of essays, A Modernist Museum in Perspective on the East Building of the National Gallery of Art. Alofsin's essay joins those of Neil Harris, Alona Nitzan-Shiftan, Réjean Legault, Barry Bergdoll, David Brownlee, Victoria Newhouse, Marc Treib, Barnabas Calder, and Andrew Saint. The work was published by the National Gallery of Art, Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts in 2009 and was distributed by Yale University Press.

In 2004, the National Gallery of Art hosted "The East Building in Perspective Symposium" in Washington, D.C., where Alofsin participated as moderator and speaker. Materials from this symposium are also found this subseries. Original order is retained.
