Series E: Reference and Research Materials, 1951-2009, undated

Reference and Research Materials contains materials not directly related to professional projects, but have a strong connection to his professional career. The series is divided into two subseries: Photographic Materials and Printed Materials.

Some of the textual materials in this series were created by Moreland, but the bulk of the materials were created by others, including well-known architects and academics, such as Ricardo Legorreta and Richard L. Meier. Notable subjects include earth-sheltered architecture, city planning, and waste management.
