Subseries B3: Publications, 1975-1977, 1979-1981, 1984, 1985, undated

The publications subseries contains original and/or copies of materials written or edited by Moreland throughout his professional career. This includes reports he wrote/edited for FEMA, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the National Science Foundation. Publications in which Moreland's projects are featured, or in which Moreland is quoted about one of his projects, can be found within the respective project's files in the Projects series. This subseries is arranged chronologically, except for the undated public relations photos of Moreland, which are placed at the beginning of the subseries.
