Series A: Photographic prints, 1938, 1968 - 2005, undated

Series A: Photographic Prints contains two subseries, each reflecting the original order and categories established by VRC photographers. Sub-series A1 primarily holds dated prints, negatives, and color slides, ordered chronologically. Sub-series A1 is divided into five categories, including Events, Copy Work, Faculty Work, Student Work, and Publications. Sub-series A2, in turn, is divided into two categories that include Locations and People. The folders in Sub-series A2 are arranged alphabetically by topic, where the subject could be identified.
