Series D1: Administrative Records,, 1904, 1909, 1940, 1953-1982, undated

The Administrative Records subseries contains primarily records created and kept by Ford, Powell & Carson, although payroll records of Ford and Swank, letterhead of Ford and Rogers and some material created by O'Neil Ford and Associates is present. The 1904 document are specifications for the Beckmann House, San Antonio, Texas, and the 1909 document is an abstract of the title to the King William Street offices of the firm. Included in the Ford, Powell & Carson records are legal documents and notes concerning the Skidmore College dormitory fire.
