The Awards and Honors subseries contains papers regarding honors given to Ford from the American Institute of Architects and other architectural societies, architectural commissions, and universities, including the endowed O'Neil Ford Chair of the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin. Also present are clippings and letters regarding the designation of Ford as a National Historic Landmark in 1976 by the National Council on the Arts.
