The University of Texas, School of Architecture (SOA) series contains correspondence, minutes, printed materials, creative works, and photographs pertaining to the School of Architecture's educational and administrative operations during Alexander's term as professor at the University of Texas at Austin. The faculty of SOA is represented through meeting minutes, committee and council memos, newsletters, curriculum proposals, teaching schedules, and joint statements addressed to the wider UT administration. Also included is a 1927 SOA yearbook and narrative histories of the school from 1932 and 1945. The Architectural honor society Tau Sigma Delta's early 1970s activities and 1983 revival are represented through constitutions and rosters. Correspondence dealing with the initial establishment and early proceedings of the Architectural Archives is also present. Of particular interest are student survey projects, which contain many black and white photographs of Congress Avenue in Austin (1975) and Victoria, Texas (1968), along with relevant forms and analysis.
