Scope and Content of the collection
The Anchorage Foundation of Texas awarded Barna a grant in 1991 that allowed him to take time away from his editorial duties at Texas Architect to complete The See-Through Years. While the Anchorage Foundation files are not represented in Barna's papers, this subseries documents Barna's preliminary research on grants and his applications to the Graham Foundation in May 1990 and June 1991.
