Project# 0093.010 Historic Resources Survey of Amarillo, Phase 5: East and Southeast Amarillo, TX, 1993

HHM conducted a reconnaissance-level survey of areas in east and southeast Amarillo, Texas. Within the project area, HHM identified a total of 866 properties constructed prior to 1945. Among the identified historic resources, the survey team classified 131 properties in the HIGH preservation priority category and were candidates for listing in the NRHP or designation as Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks. The project was conducted for the City's Planning Department and funded through a Community Development Block Grant.
